The Greek financial sodoku

So, I've been watching how the Greek government is dealing with the current economic crisis, and the measures that Greece needs to undertake in order to stabilize the economy. Let me say that I am not impressed. Although I believe that my country has sound intent, and is in need to reform economically and socially, I don't see any results on the ground. People keep on keeping on doing the same things as they used to, basically playing the system and doing whatever necessary to exploit and freeload of the Europeans. This is it! We have a corrupt system that has put nepotism and social populist exploitation above values such as justice and the rule of law. In all measures, from the OECD to World Bank, IMF and WTO Statistics, we measure as a Least Developed Country in the Eurozone. In short, we cheated our way into the European Monetary Union and then we tried to hide the deficit and our multiple debts. The European Union might understand this, but Greek people are still stuck on a lifestyle that exploits the bureaucratic system and cheats it's way across tax measures and social reform plans.

It doesn't matter if the Greek government, or the EU, propose measures for economic recovery. What matters is that these measures need to be implemented. The people who will need to put into action the government, or EU, economic measures are already corrupt or ignorant about the changes that need to be made. Greece does not need economic measures, but economic sanctions! Yes, we have reached that point... There is a need to implement strict economic failsafe measures.

Greece, and the Greek people, have reached a point where they need to be chaperoned and guided out of this economic mess that they dug into.

It is starting to get really crazy here... people don't seem to understand what is coming in terms of EU measures. Everybody is continuing in a lifestyle of "ignorant bliss". People on the ground just don't care, they just want their worries sorted without having to do anything.

But what is coming will catch up to what is going on.
