Dare to compare (2) interviews of Greek PMs
The idea of this post came to me from a previous one "Dare to compare UK and Greek PM resignation videos"
This time around I want to draw your attention on two videos, the first from current Greek PM George Papandreou, in an interview with Fox Business Network, in New York; and the second from Greece's past PM Kostas Karamanlis, in an interview with the European People's Party, in Brussels.
There are huge differences, not only in political rhetoric, but also language structure and basic interview skills. George Papandreou is hitting all the points, while having a concrete way of communicating his message. Please refer to a previous post of mine "A Greek American PR Campaign"
Kostas Karamanlis is mangling the English language, he looks like a standing PR disaster; and it's obvious that he wants to finish the interview as soon as the press officer can ask him another question.
